Neal is a research-published Sport Performance Coach/Sport Scientist from Melbourne, Australia. For over a decade Neal has had the privilege to assist with the preparation for some of the best athletes in Australia; from Olympic medalists, NBA players to junior representative basketball players.

Neal is currently a Sport Performance Coach at Olympia Athletics where he aims to assist in the development of future generations of athletes. This is a platform where Neal hopes to document and share insights of his current Coaching and research practices.
